First Steps Boot Camp conducts a 45-60 minute continuous work out that will test you mentally as well as physically. First Steps accomplishes this through non-traditional activities such as obstacle courses and unique fitness exercises in a boot camp format. We have new workouts everyday to keep things interesting. Our circuit training style is designed specifically for the individuals to be challenged everyday while participating in FSBC.
